...an idea for loosing weight and keeping it off.
This idea came from my experiences with losing weight to go hiking at Philmonte Scout Reservation in Northern New Mexico. I paid $800 in advance to go there. I then know that if I'm over a certain weight for my height when I get there, I am not allowed to go on the trail. I have to forfeit the money and I either stay at base camp, or get to go back home. I do not get to hike the trail, take part in the activities or take in all of the breathtaking views. I've let all the scouts and other leaders down. I've found that this will make a person lose weight. So I thought that if I could get others to bet say $500 or $1000, and have a chance of losing that money it if they don't drop the weight, it would be similar to my Philmonte experience. Three of us have put up the money...so....follow us as we drop the pounds over the next six months.

Trying to lose weight a different way.
Okay. So my plan for losing weight didn't exactly work. I'm sure you've been there before. I found out that I could use money from my HSA (Health Care Savings) account to pay for a weight lose program. So I started on slim4life. So far so good. I've lost 50 pounds during the first two months.
